I would like to join – what is the platform that you use? Can you please share a photograph of the class options as you present them? Meaning- are all classes available all the time or do we only have access to what you post? Is it a video or streaming or YouTube?

Hello Jamila, the video are hosted through vimeo. You can only access it on the website after you get a subscription. You can have access to it anytime on the platform.
